kill a virtual machine process on ESXI with ESXTOP

We access our ESXI server via SSH Press c to open CPU view Press ===

Sometimes it is necessary to kill a running virtual machine process (for example, if there is a locked file).

We access our ESXI server via SSH

1. Press c to open CPU view
2. Press F to add/remove fields
3. Press c to add the LWID field
4. Press  k to open the kill prompt
   

Once the process is killed we have to re-inventory the server.
